This one is spreading like wildfire - apparently ITP is suing Haymarket through its UK presence over the loss of Campaign Middle East. Can anyone shed any light on the matter?

Sounds remarkably implausible. Even if it was true - which is unlikely - they'd still be swapping solicitors' letters. No way would it already be in the legal system.
Is Campaign ever going to see the light of day? The delays have run into months and it doesn't look like they are going to be publishing any time in the near future. Is the project dead?
Yes the journalists were told to be present for a " General Body Meeting " at 9 o clock.
The last edition was printed today.
Kasim Mohammed strikes again.
No no thing to do with license just that kasim could not handle the loss.
So unlike other parts of the world where a newspaper is gradually shut down In Dubai you do it in one afternoon and have your secretary inform your minions.
What nonsense. If anyone should be suing it should be Haymarket, for Serafin's unilateral decision to shut down Campaign simply because his ego is so enormous (yet so delicate) that he took exception to Heseltine pointing out that he eats like a starving baboon.
This blog is not associated with the original Dubai Media Observer blog, nor with the author of that blog. It uses the same name due to kind permission of the original DMO author.
